Empire Systems Inc. manufactures flasks in quantities of 1 to 1000 for all types of molding systems: Jolt squeeze, no bake, semi-automatic, and high production lines. ESI flasks run on all makes and models of molding lines: HWS, KW, BMD, Osborn, SPO, Georg Fisher, Herman, BMM, Foundry Automation, Hunter and No Bake. ESI manufactures flasks, molding boxes from: cast iron, ductile (sg/nodular) iron, fabricated steel with H.R. steel plate, alloy plate and hardened alloys. Along with designing and manufacturing flasks for new molding lines, ESI can also replace or rebuild flasks for existing operations.
